This page explains how you can opt out of marketing communications from Unity Financial Network LLC. These preferences apply to marketing communications only; transactional and legal communications may continue.
Scope
This opt-out page applies to marketing communications only. Transactional messages (such as policy confirmations, payment receipts, and renewal notices) and legally required communications will continue regardless of your marketing preferences.
How to Opt Out
Email Opt-Out
Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or send an email to hello@unityfinancialnetwork.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Email." Your request will be processed within up to 10 business days, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
SMS Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any marketing text message. Your opt-out will take effect immediately. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Phone Opt-Out
Call us at (786) 828-5576 and request to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. This request may take up to 30 days to process. Your name will be maintained on the list for a minimum of five years.
Postal Mail Opt-Out
Send your opt-out request by mail to: Unity Financial Network LLC, 7950 NW 53rd St, STE 136, Doral, FL 33166.
Exclusion Scope
Opting out of one channel does not automatically opt you out of all channels. For example, opting out of email does not opt you out of SMS or phone calls. Non-commercial communications (transactional, legal, service-related) may continue regardless of your opt-out preferences.
Compliance
Unity Financial Network LLC complies with the CAN-SPAM Act for email communications and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for phone and SMS communications. We maintain records of all opt-out requests and their processing status.
Your Rights
You have the right to choose which communication channels you prefer. Opt-out requests are processed within the timeframes specified for each channel. Your preferences are maintained for a minimum of five years.
