Requirements
- Active Florida insurance license (2-15 or 2-40) or willingness to obtain one
- Sales experience preferred, but not required for motivated candidates
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical practices and client-first approach
